Our current collection is held in stock and ready to ship. These items are not preorders.

Standard UK delivery costs £3.99 for your whole order. We currently deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. International delivery is not available.

PACKED IN 1–3 WORKING DAYS.

We aim to hand your order to the courier within 1–3 working days after payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Dispatch time is the time we need to pack your order. Courier travel time comes afterwards.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: Up to 5 working days after dispatch.

OUR COURIERS.

We send orders with Royal Mail, Evri, InPost or DPD. The courier and service may vary by parcel and destination. Standard UK delivery stays £3.99 per order.

FOLLOW YOUR PARCEL.

We email your order confirmation after payment and send a separate dispatch email with your carrier and tracking details when your parcel leaves us. Check your spam folder if you cannot find either email.

NEED A HAND?

Wrong address, a delayed parcel or a delivery problem? Email meradclothings@gmail.com with your order reference. Contact us as soon as you notice an address mistake; we will try to change it before dispatch.

Contact MERAD if an order is lost or damaged in transit. We will investigate with the courier and arrange the remedy you are entitled to. Your consumer rights are not affected.
