NEED A HAND?
TERMS
The details behind your order.
WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM.
MERAD is operated by Oluwadarasimi Taiwo-Taiwo, a sole trader trading as MERAD.
Business and returns address: 6 Buttress Road, Eston, Middlesbrough, TS6 9FW, United Kingdom. Email: meradclothings@gmail.com. MERAD is not currently VAT registered and does not charge VAT.
These terms cover consumer purchases from MERAD. Real orders are charged using the payment method you select at checkout.
PRODUCTS & PRICES.
Product pages give the garment, price, available sizes, fabric, fit and care details. Current photographs include mockups; screens and mockups may show colour or print differently. This does not remove your right to goods that match their description or your remedies for a material mismatch.
All prices are in pounds sterling. Standard UK delivery is £3.99 per order and is shown separately before payment. Items are subject to stock availability. Adding something to your bag does not reserve it; stock is checked when you start checkout.
Current tees and polos are offered in S–2XL; crop tops are S–XL. Check the product-specific size guide before ordering.
PLACING AN ORDER.
Review the products, sizes, quantities, delivery address and total before submitting payment. You must be authorised to use the payment method. Stripe processes payment securely through its hosted checkout.
Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when payment succeeds and we send the order-confirmation email. Until then, a checkout attempt or stock reservation alone is not acceptance. We will not charge a different price or substitute an item without your agreement.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment for the unavailable items, including any delivery charge no longer applicable. We will explain any material pricing or description mistake and agree a resolution rather than silently changing your order.
Keep your confirmation email. It includes your order details and a copy of the purchase policies. Contact us promptly if you spot a mistake.
DELIVERY.
We currently deliver within the UK only. In-stock items are ready to ship, not preorders. We aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Royal Mail, Evri, InPost or DPD handles delivery; your dispatch email identifies the courier and tracking details.
Dispatch is separate from courier travel time. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Up to 5 working days after dispatch. See our delivery page for the applicable information.
We remain responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of someone you nominate to receive them. Contact MERAD if a parcel is late, lost or damaged. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, goods must be delivered within 30 days. Your legal rights for late or failed delivery remain in place.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS.
Our returns policy forms part of these terms and includes an optional cancellation form. For a change of mind, tell us within 14 calendar days starting the day after delivery, then send the items back within another 14 days.
You pay change-of-mind return postage. MERAD covers reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Cancelling a whole order includes a refund of standard outbound delivery. Refunds follow the deadlines and conditions set out on the returns page.
Your rights to goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described are unaffected. You do not lose your legal rights because an item was discounted or because you used our size guide.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG.
Email meradclothings@gmail.com with your order reference and the issue. We will investigate and work with you to resolve it.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms do not restrict your statutory consumer rights.
USING THE WEBSITE.
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another customer’s order, interfere with payment or security systems, or misuse our artwork and content. The site’s availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical problems; this does not remove our obligations for accepted orders.
Our privacy notice explains personal information and browser storage. Accepting purchase terms does not sign you up for marketing.
CHANGES & APPLICABLE LAW.
The terms supplied with your order apply to that purchase. Later changes apply to future orders and do not remove your existing rights.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep the mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you where you live. Nothing here forces you to use a court that would deprive you of those rights.
